Beginning Yoga Course
who's it for? New & returning students to Iyengar yoga
In this dynamically paced class, we work with foundational poses and lots of movement as we begin a conversation with our body & mind through the practice of Iyengar Yoga.
Each class builds on the previous week, learning through both repetition and addition.
We explore movement and stability through standing & seated postures and beginning inversions.
This series can be repeated as many times as you like, creating a beautiful foundation for your home practice and further yoga studies.
Yoga for Elders & Elders to Be
who's it for? Those who carry a lifetime of wisdom in their bones & in their cells, and would like a slower paced class. Beginners Welcome.
In this class, we explore how to:
- create mobility and stability in the body and mind
- build up our strength and stamina
- and quiet the brain even when the body is active.
And we do all that with lots of joy and laughter. You don't need to be an elder to join this class. Elders in training welcome too.
Continuing Yoga
who's it for? Continuing Beginners: students with 6 months+ Iyengar Yoga study & returning students, and you're working on Shoulderstand or your alternative
This is a continuation of Beginning Yoga. Each class builds on the previous week, as we learn new poses in stages throughout the month.
Lots of movement and more refinements of foundational poses. And learn more including: twists, forward bends, back extensions, and more inversions.
You've learned the basics, and now, you're ready for what's next.
Intermediate Yoga
who's it for? Students with 1 year+ Iyengar Yoga study, and you're working on Shoulderstand & Headstand or your alternatives
In this class, we move through the 4 week cycle: Standing poses, Forward bends, Back extensions, and Restorative & Pranayama. More refined and subtle actions as we revisit foundational poses. And learn more including: more inversions, abdominals & arm balances, twists, pranayama, and more.

New Moon Yoga for Menstrual Support
who's it for? Students who have some familiarity with props and poses.
Each month around the New Moon, you can rest. About 13-22% of every month is the menstrual phase of your cycle, for decades of your life. In this practice, you’ll learn how to create space and softness in your abdomen, reduce low back pain and cramps, and allow the body and mind to surrender to a new start each month. This restorative class is a gift, whether you menstruate or not. Join the New Moon and begin a new cycle again.
❤ Time & Day will change each month, just like the moon and our cycles 🌒
Root Chakra Yogasana for Pelvic Floor Health
who's it for? Students who have some familiarity with props and poses.
Create a connection to the base of your spine and build inner strength to support your back and organs. Learn about your Pelvic Floor anatomy and work with supported poses and the breath.
