First off, I want to honor the magic that was ✨kaleidoscopenotes.love✨. This beautiful little website gave me the courage to begin this internet adventure.

AND it's ok to grow, to change, to shed what no longer fits.

What's practice.love all about?

Well, if you've been around this part of the interwebs, you know that I love sharing about practice. So, why not make it official?💖

What to expect:

Weekly-ish notes filled with inspiration, mini practices, stick figures & watercolors, and more.

Monthly Practice Cycles. We'll travel through a cycle of practice with each lunar cycle to:

• Build up your capacity
• Integrate and Consolidate your practice
• Let it go
• And then, begin again.

This is not a course or a class. There is no too late, no falling behind. Simply the opportunity to begin again and start where you're at.

Are you wanting to cultivate a deeper practice that you are excited to show up for? A practice that evolves with you? We'll begin again with each new moon. Registration coming soon

As this new chapter begins, I'm letting the idea of discipline rest and moving in the direction of devotion.

What would I do, who would I be, how would I show up if I were devoted to myself? Devoted to practice? Devoted to my beloveds and community?

I have lots of questions (always). And I trust that when I show up to my practice, my body holds many answers.
