Each month around the New Moon, you can rest. About 13-22% of every month is the menstrual phase of your cycle, for decades of your life. In this practice, you’ll learn how to create space and softness in your abdomen, reduce low back pain and cramps, and allow the body and mind to surrender to a new start each month. This restorative class is a gift, whether you menstruate or not. Join the Gemini New Moon and begin a new cycle again.
