- Postpartum folks, whether it's been 3 months, 3 years, 3 decades or more
- Folks experiencing:
- pelvic, hip, or low back pain or weakness
- incontinence
- organ prolapse
- And anyone wanting to build deep core strength and stability
You'll use lots of props. And practice slow, focused movements with your breath.
This is deep
subtle
focused work.
Today, one of my favorite moon & cycles & plant writers reminded me that some cicadas have a 17 year cycle as I wrote this message #synchronicityAtItsFinest
I am now 17 years postpartum.
Something new is emerging. Beginning this new [cicada] cycle. Molting my identity as mother of young children. Surrendering to this next chapter, next step towards elder-hood.
I imagine my 59-year-old self (17 years from now)
looking back at me in this moment. Sending me
love and
gratitude and
courage
in the face of an unknown future.
Just as I look back on my
25-year-old self
sending her so much
love and
gratitude and
courage
as I remember the days surrounding the birth of my daughter.

Time is beautiful. We travel forward and back, again & again. Sometimes finding ourselves here, right now.
May you know the love of your future self.
Now.
In days past.
And in days yet to come.
